What Foods Do You Miss Most as an Expat?

I'm a Filipino living in the Philippines, but I lived most of my life in the states and mostly in San Francisco. I totally crave for real artisan pizza, real hefty burgers, and real carnitas burritos. Places in Asia try to do it, but it comes no where close to the tastes from home...
