Favorite foods: let's see.... osso bucco, pasta, manicotti, steak au poivre ... anything with ricotta, pine nuts, raisins or currants, olives, cinnamon, lemon zest, pistachios, tomatoes, mint, cream, cognac, shallots, bacon, mustard, egg, and tarragon.
Last bite on earth: A big chunk of warm, oven-fresh focaccia bread sprinkled with sea salt and fresh rosemary and dipped in the finest extra virgin Italian olive oil.
Stelvin Closure? Gimme a break -- that's a screw cap.
