Candy Corn: Anti Stance
How dare you disparage candles that way! They are delicious. How else could you explain wax lips at Halloween? Maybe you just need to try one of the many scrumdidilyumptious flavors at Yankee Candle. I think they even have a candy corn flavor. Yum!

Photo of the Day: Cranberry Bog Season in Massachusetts
Is it just me or does anyone else find this photo kind of eerie. Maybe it's the lone country road or only seeing the back of the little girl's head or the fact that it's so close to Halloween, but it looks like the cover of a Stephen King novel. I keep expecting a car to come barreling down the road almost hitting the girl as she uses her psychic abilities to bend the cranberries to her will creating a wall between her and the oncoming car. Dark Night on the Ocean Spray Road.

KFC Goes to DEFCON 1 to Secure 11 Herbs and Spices
The last time KFC used 11 herbs and spices in their chicken recipe Carter was still in office. Today it's just salt, pepper, flour, and MSG. Even the gravy has degenerated to wallpaper paste.
