Healthy & Delicious: Barley Risotto
Used homemade lobster/clam stock and hulled barley because that's all I had. Didn't have to modify the liquid/barley ratio, but did have to cook twice as long. Was pretty creamy with the parmesan (I added a bit more!). Enjoyed it very much. Next time, I'll make a bigger batch to make up for the cooking time.

Religieuse aux chocolat! Mini chocolate choux pastry on top of a larger one! Ate one every other day when I was living in Paris one summer, I perfected eating them without smearing chocolate all over my face or fingers!
