Trader Joe's flour tortillas and breads taste better than supermarket brands because they don't add in dough conditioners, which add a funny taste and smell (you can actually smell it). Most deli wraps have that unpleasant "doughy" taste as well. I wish restaurants and delis would make their wraps from fresh tortillas that don't have any additives in them. They taste so much better, fresher that way.

the ham sandwich gotta start on a good slice of bread- something like fresh rye from the russian deli. supermarket bread in plastic tends to be too salty and have a strange taste/smell due to the "dough conditioner" they put in it to keep it soft. and mustard on one side, and mayo on the other :)
