Maintaining a sourdough starter

Go to breadtopia and they will give you a quick tutorial on starter maintenance. If you are going to bake daily with the starter you need to feed it daily. If you are only going to bake sparingly you can put in the fridge after you feed it and re-activate the day before with a feeding.
