I've read Mr. Shopsins book and I must say. I have never read such pomposity and lack of talent as Mr. Shopsin. He uses frozen tortillas for crepe`s and other sad shortcuts, charges obscene prices all for the hope that we will say "Wow, look how cool he is..." Well, I hope I never have the displeasure of meeting this short-cut simon who DARES to call himself a chef, let alone a cook.
