Recs for lunch on 9th Ave in the 40's-50's
Hi all,
Friends are staying in Times Square and thought a nice place on 9th Avenue would be good for lunch.
Any recs for someplace reasonable, not too trendy?
Thanks!
John Thorne.
I have saved and savored his newsletters for years.
Thanks guys. Lots to choose from, korovka, thanks so much.
I think it's between tulcingo and Totto, depending on what everyone's craving. Although right now I am craving Middle Eastern!
BTW, we don't have to stay on 9th. I was just trying to stay within where their hotel is, because the weather's supposed to be crummy on Saturday.
The choice is as easy as....... ABC Kitchen!
Thanks for the opportunity to win!

EllenRonnie hasn't favorited a post yet.
I use a splash of half and half and some Truvia, in my favorite mug from Fishs Eddy with cartoonist Roz Chast's drawings.
Fun way to start the day!
