On the grill outside. We love grilling here in Chicago year-round, as crazy as that seems. My husband is a real carnivore and doesn't mind braving the snow and cold for a good burger in January.
My husband and I happened to stumble upon a market in Paris this summer while on our honeymoon. It is one of my favorite memories of our trip. So many neat things to taste and see! Although I don't think I ever saw horse meat at the one we went to.
Pork chops. I have yet to get them right, they are always too dry or underdone.

I'm lucky enough to live about 2 blocks away and go to Gaslight all the time. I dream about their turkey burger, it's fantastic. Also, Gaslight is part of the Four Corners Tavern Group, which is comprised of 8 different bars and restaurants.
Pat's Pizza on Lincoln Ave in Lincoln Park has fantastic thin crust and they deliver!

I love whatever fresh vegetables I find at the farmer's market, along with fresh locally made mozzarella. My favorite would probably be fresh tomatoes, basil from my garden, some pepperoni and mozzarella
Recipes to incorporate cranberries as a side dish would be great!
I don't know anyone who went to Airliner for pizza after a night out in Iowa City. I graduated in 2011, and most popular late night pizza place recently has been Mesa, but the best is at Pizza on Dubuque. They use fresh, local ingredients.
Is there a substitute for corn flour that I would be likely to have in my pantry?
