Can I make stock with bones that have already been roasted in a chicken? Will that change the final product as opposed to using uncooked chicken bones?
This recipe was absolutely fantastic. I loved the spice of the jalapeno balanced by the cojita mayo. I made it with a side of elotes and a watermelon tequila cocktail. Perfect for a summer evening!

On the grill outside. We love grilling here in Chicago year-round, as crazy as that seems. My husband is a real carnivore and doesn't mind braving the snow and cold for a good burger in January.
My husband and I happened to stumble upon a market in Paris this summer while on our honeymoon. It is one of my favorite memories of our trip. So many neat things to taste and see! Although I don't think I ever saw horse meat at the one we went to.

I'm lucky enough to live about 2 blocks away and go to Gaslight all the time. I dream about their turkey burger, it's fantastic. Also, Gaslight is part of the Four Corners Tavern Group, which is comprised of 8 different bars and restaurants.

I love whatever fresh vegetables I find at the farmer's market, along with fresh locally made mozzarella. My favorite would probably be fresh tomatoes, basil from my garden, some pepperoni and mozzarella
