im not doing a diet like fit for life or what-have-you. im basing it on what i have found agrees and doesn't agree, and also what thousands upon thousands of years of experimentation done by traditional Chinese medicine suggests. seriously, if you dont believe me about this, go over to china and then tell me differently. ive read alot of medical journals pertaining to what their medical practices have found to be true.
wait, if something is NOT PROVEN false, doesnt that mean its true? auras havent been proven false, and not everyone can see them. they therefore are fact, and fairies to exist.

i agree with producestories. the american food and drug, and dietetic associations base their information on VERY limited information. go over to china and look at their cancer research facilites and tell me they havent found a cure for cancer. ... actually the cure was found by the chinese over 5,000 years ago. in america its all about making money for these companies. they dont care if we suffer. look to chinese medicine for the answers not america.
but your right diet is not a one size fits all.. but i will admit, for me i feel BETTER when i dont combine those types of foods together.
i cant eat gluten because i have IBS, AND a gluten interlerance, as well as the gene for celiacs disease. i also have the gene for diabetes, and the NATUROPATHIC doctor, said i cannot eat any more gluten.
and the info i read on mixing fruits with other foods, has been extensive, written my nationalists, doctors, as well as edgar cayce (sorry anything he said in his trances as not been disproven so i believe what he said)... and my doc told me you shouldnt mix fruits with other foods too. i also am very much into Traditional Chinese Medicine and yet again, any discoveries they made pertaining to fruits and veggies have never been proven false.
so, mixing fruits with other foods can have a bad affect, making your body have more toxicity than it should. esp mixing citric fruits such as oranges. ALL fruits, ultimately in the end are alkaline forming but citric fruits are acidic upon indigestion before digestion starts and should not be mixed with other foods, although it is safe to eat other foods 10 to 20 minutes after these foods.
so i dont know where you guys got your information from, but nothing i know about fruits and other foods has been disproven.
yeah that makes sense. ive never had tahini with an apple, so i dont know. im weary of mixing other things with fruits.
what does that mean? all i asked was what foods are ok to eat tahini with! lol
