I Just Had to Try It
Man...it's like SpongeBob has invaded Slice for the day (he lives in a pineapple if I'm referencing something too lame for people :P )
I like this weird bend it's taking. I'll try anything will a little pineapple on there. I bet one could make up a wicked BBQ chicken with some pineapple...maybe some chives...sweet red onions....
'Slice' Poll: Pineapple Pizza - Way or No Way?
Growing up my brother would only eat Hawaiian pizza....we always had to get at least one pie with half Canadian bacon & pineapple for him....but we'd order large pizzas and he'd never eat his whole half. I found it extremely disgusting....but over time I tried it a little here and there because of him and now I absolutely love it. I'll even add pineapple to other toppings now...just to sweeten it up a bit.

Most normally it's just a plan ol' pie....but on the offhand I am getting a side it would be buffalo wings. I never understood people munching on breadsticks prior to a pizza....WTF is up with that? It's like snacking on beef jerky while waiting for your filet mignon.

@egadman....well that depends on what you idea of chain vs. "mom & pop" is...but, if you take PMQs Top 200 chains ( http://www.pmq.com/mag/200609/TOP200.pdf ) which is mostly pizza places with 10+ locations and add those up you get roughly 45,600 locations...and there are roughly 69,400 pizza restaurants in total in the US (per PMQ as of 2006) that would place the number of "chains" at 65.7% and "mom & pops" at 34.3%.

Semi-related...all throughtout the game they were offering a coupon for $3.99 large pizzas!!! I think it was a two day only offer. $4 a pizza, that's madness, I can see why someone (someone) might actually buy at that price...that's less than a slice at some places.
