White Vinegar (for cooking and salads)
I use cold tap water to cool my veggies after cooking them

Green Cabbage! that stuff urks me! hate it so much and i LOVE almost every vegetable except that! EW!

White Vinegar, Ketchup, Adobo Seasoning (lots of tea also) I usually keep cans of green beans, however, i have none in the pantry at this time...

Giving up Bread hubby and I are abstaining for the summer

dont think of what you are taking away! think of what you will GAIN: more discipline, more delicious fruits and veggies! who cares about pizza? craving comes and goes unless you stir it up inside your head by counting the hours until you ate your last slice of pepperoni pizza. just replace the foods you crave with healthier alternatives and you wont be craving them anymore. good luck

Summertime fruits

i eat them raw of course! large slices of watermelon, juicy nectarines, grapes and cherries are guilt-free, refreshing, and simply delicious! i love papaya smoothies as well but i enjoy eating my fruits raw.
