I like that bacon and red onion loaf, but I've never ordered any of the toasts because, apart from that bench out front, there's no place to sit and eat. When these open-faced sandwiches aren't being plated for a photo shoot, how are they served? On paper? Gently wrapped, in a bag? And are customers encouraged, however politely, to exit the postage-stamp-sized premises and enjoy their toast elsewhere?
