If the meat comes from Peter Luger then any cut would be great. What a wonderful way to start the new year. My own personal favorite is New York steak.

I love Red's BBQ in Loxahatchee, Florida. It is out of the way and near the swamp but the food is soooooo good. You can often get some interesting meals there like "gator stew" and other Florida Everglades specialties.
My wife and I started the new year by going to Red's and having a pulled pork sandwich with some fried sweet potatoes and cornbread. Heaven on earth.
So get your swamp buggy out of the barn, clean off the mud and drive it on over to Red's . You can buy us a beer and some gator tail.
