Favorites-Chives (hard to find in NYC supermarkets for some reason so I grow my own), Parsley & Thyme.
Least Favorite-Rosemary, it is a wonderful herb but does not play well with others, it always dominates any dish it is in.
I like to mix lots of fresh herbs minced together for a really complex herb flavor.
