That is the best restaurant bathroom I've ever seen.

I don't think I'd ever touch those books, but it's such a clever touch to put them there that I might try to get a reservation just to see the bathroom. (Of course, it doesn't bode well for the food's expected effect on diners.)

@Annie: That's why I didn't go to the bathroom until my meal was finished; I didn't want to risk missing anything! ;D You'll have to thank Raphael and Adam for asking me to take photos. I don't think I would've come up with that on my own. I mean, as though it's not weird enough that I take photos of all my food...next, the bathroom!

I love reading in the bathroom, and I love reading cookbooks, but combining the two, even in the comfort of my own home, always seems kinda odd. That being said, maybe if I was out to eat and I'd had some ackelhol to drink, I'd get wild and crazy and read about cookery in the restaurant WC.

Ko's bathroom? Looks more like Cousin Ned's bathroom. Anyway, why would you want to get all comfy and settled-in there when you could miss two or three dishes in fifteen minutes? Thanks, Robyn, for the scoop that even Grub Street could not break--and they have a long-running series on bathrooms all over town.
