Cook the Book: Butterscotch Pudding
This recipe looks delicious. Most "butterscotch" recipes I have seen cheat and only use brown sugar and butter. This one goes the whole way and actually caramelizes some sugar. Doesn't this recipe actually qualify as a custard through? Puddings are thickened with starch.
I better check this book out, it looks like there is a delicious chocolate something on the cover.
