Reality Check: McDonald's Angus Third Pounder

Lemonfair, I hate that faux grilled flavour in so many restaurant burgers these days, too.

I haven't been able to face a McDonald's burger since I saw the movie Food Inc and learned about how they sanitize their meat. I'm kinda sad actually because a Big Mac used to be a guilty pleasure of mine.

How to Wrap and Store Cheese

The Dairy Farmer's of Canada also like the foil technique.

Their spokesperson also likes parchment paper as a wrapper.

That said, I often use an all natural, soy based wax paper for my cheeses at home and it works very well.
