Hello everyone. I am a home-grown Canadian, born and raised, but there are still many things that I prefer in The United States, especially the southern fried chicken. I am going to Florida this year, travelling along the I-81 and I-95, and was hoping that someone could give me the names and locations of a few, very food, and very southern fried chicken restaurants/ fast food joints/ huts, etc.; just off of these roads, or even just beside the road. Hello, and thank you for reading. I was wondering if anyone could name a few places in which I could try eating food made with Molecular Gastronomy. I have been wanting to try this type of food for a while. If anyone could give me a few Restaurant names and/or locations, I would be most appreciative.

I live in Ottawa, Ontario, and am looking to expand my culinary horizons by experiencing food from other parts of the world, as well as try Molecular Gastronomy or "science food." I was wondering if anyone had any restaurants, or other eateries/locations that I could try. This includes small stores, expensive restaurants, and even little, Hole-in-the-wall locations. I am willing to try just about anything, as long as it doesn't kill me I.e. Fugu. Thanks for all recommendations.
