I'm embarrassed to admit it, but the frozen cakes from my local mexican discount market are amazing. The raised the price though; now they are $4 for a 14 oz. slice.

slow cooked lamb shanks (or ribs) in red sauce.

one part peanut butter, one part honey, two parts powdered milk rolled into balls. I still make it as a comfort food.

Bagged veggies from Costco (broccoli, peppers, pea pods, tomatoes, etc.) and hummus. Almost every day. I'm eating it now.

One of my favorite fall/winter meals is roasted veggies. Whatever is on the cheap rack at the local fruit stand gets tossed in salt, pepper, and olive oil then dumped on a heated cookie sheet.

Potatoes, peppers, cauliflower, broccoli, onions, garlic; I don't care. As long as it is nicely caramelized.
