Finally grilling chicken so it's juicy and done inside without burning the outside. It's a delicate balance of cover off, cover on, cover off. But, so worth it!

I bought this pan a long time ago and you're all correct. it's not the same as a muffin top. You get a dried out version of a muffin. The pan is just a gimmick.

I baked a basic chocolate cake at altitude. It ended up rising like a volcano and then collapsed flat as a pancake. I served it anyway and called it fudge.

Pork shoulder cooked for 6 hrs in the oven. The outside was crunchy and salty. The meat was juicy and succulent. I tore hunks off to eat right away.

Ribeye, medium rare! (But, if money were no option, I'd love a porterhouse.) I love the Travel Channel's show, "Steak Paradise" where they show the porterhouse steaks being made at Peter Luger's. Makes me drool each time I see the sizzle. I want to go there before I die.

The Pioneer Woman's Sweet Potatoes looks incredible. I bet my veggie phobic nephew would eat these.

Slow roasted pork butt/shoulder where the outside is crunchy and the fat oozes throughout the inside. Each bite has the wonderful flavor of the fat!

Chili where I throw in leftover veggies or whatever else I have in the frig!

A buddy from my first job, named Ed. He knew everything about good ingredients and would often bring me samples of his own homemade cooking. I learned alot from him and found my inspiration!

I make pie dough and freeze the rounds. Then, when I find good fruit, I can whip up a pie!

Frisee salad, BLTs, baked beans, white bean/tomatoe/bacon soup. I can't pick one dish, I LOVE bacon.
