Introduce Yourself!

Hi, I'm Chris 29yrs old from Hamburg/Germany! I'm sorry for my english.

I started to cook when I was four years old. My first dish was an onion soup, basically onions cooked in water for 30 second, but my dad was brave enough to eat it.
My mom is from Thailand and my dad is german. So "Thank God" that I grew up with one of the best dishes in the world.
But I would never skip curly kale with smoked pork chops.

I used to be a chef, but now I'm a photographer and I love it.

I love cookbooks and traveling.

That's me!
