It's actually incredibly sanitary there. It's hard for me to keep my mouth shut when I've eaten something good, and so I've personally gone back in the kitchen to take a look at their operation. The owners used to own a catering business, and so their kitchen is probably 10 times larger than it has to be. Anyway, you'll still have to take my word on it, but there wasn't anything that would keep me from continuing to eat there.
