I was there on opening day and had a less-than-stellar experience, but will chalk it up to a first day learning curve. We arrived before 2:00, and didn't get our meals until close to 4:00. Management was gracious and comped our meals, but it made for a tough afternoon with 2 small kids. I'm sure they'll get their act together eventually...
On the plus side, the pancakes were AWESOME.
