If you are ever in Seattle check out Shultzy's in the Univeristy District. All the sausages, dogs, and brats are made on the premises from Don Shultz's German grandmother's recipe. He also makes homemade sausage gumbo and chilli from the leftover scrapes of sausages. The fries are out of this world. Big German beer selection as well as cocktails.
