About: An empty-nester who used to love cooking(culinary degree and all)but finding it hard to cook for two.I read tons of cookbooks,watch cooking shows and read food blogs.Vicarious living-you bet!
Favorite foods: It might be easier to list what I don't like! I love most food but if I had to list my favorites they would be:rare lamb chops,tuna sashimi,good homemade chicken noodle soup and fresh off the vine tomatoes.
Last bite on earth: Without a doubt it would be the best meal I have ever had which was from The Bora Bora Yacht Club. Mussels and scallops cooked in a saffron broth. It was so simple but so perfect.
Might also be a Jimmy Buffett fan too!
