I have to say after living a few blocks away for many years it will always be one of my Favorites. It’s been around much longer then the fancy she, she burger places and will still be around after they all disappear. The Corner Bistro is a whole package experience type of place…Let’s start with who’s cooking tonight at the Corner bistro? Some guys are just better at it then others… I will keep names out on this one. The tables in the back, come as you are attitude. The whole place has a great Juke Box, great A/C and who cares if it’s water McSorley’s the price is right. It’s an Icon! It’s simple; “It’s great tasting burger and I love the fries cooked in bacon grease”… People have become to jaded with fancy blends of meats and gourmet buns and cheeses etc… Your all spoiled and now expect more. But let me say there’s something to be said about “understated simplicity”. It works…
Louis’s Lunch may not be the best tasting burger either, but I bet you also go there for the experience…

The burger isn't the only thing that misses @ Choptank It's suppose to be an Eastern Shore Seafood type food place but the seafood misses also... I live around the block and I'm surprised the place hasn't closed yet...
