Hobbies, besides eating?

I've had many hobbies over the years (used to be a musician, but gave it up to do a Phd in social policy). My current obsession is with my bicycle. It is a typical Dutch bike, a Gazelle Primeur, and completely impractical for London (huge frame, heavier than me, I have to carry it up a flight of steps to my flat, etc.), and although I divide my time between here and Amsterdam, I can't take it back and forth with me unless I go on the ferry. But still, it rides very nicely, it has a down-at-heal elegance, and it is mine!
Other hobbies include staring off into space, hosting inebriated book club meetings and hanging out at my local.

I am a marathon runner- yes an unusual hobby, but it goes well with my love of food ^^ I am also a competitive horse rider.
Generally, I love photography, reading, writing, sewing, music and occasionally cooking, but not baking.

this is one of the most hilarious posts i've ever read on this site. love it. i only have one other hobby: sleeping. as a consequence, i only get out on christmas, when my husband's illegitimate son comes by with the forklift.

Nick seems like a keen lover of boiga's to me. I'm not a fan of the big burger chains, but will say In-N-Out here in Las Vegas is pretty good. I am such a loser! I just remembered I like Whataburger too!
