1.Do we really get a Hamburger America book? That would be rad.
2.Although I agree with you--it seems like too much bread!--I assure you, that bastard is delicious. The (100% Black Angus) burger stands up! It's surprisingly doable.
3. The name is very stupid but I was going through a phase. People who can't bring themselves to utter it ask for the grilled cheese-burger.
4. It is indeed food cart heaven. We're talking Venezuelan, Mexican, Indian, Czech, Pizza, Thai, Kazakh, Soon-to-Gumbo, etc.
