So, components:sugar - 1/2 c, vanilla - 1 tsp,margarine room temperature - 2/3 c, sugar - 1/2 c, egg - 1, flour, jar Macadamia nuts, chopped coarse - 1 1/2, bars white chocolate, chopped in 1/2-inch pieces - 2.
Heat oven to 325°. Lightly grease two cookie sheets. In large bowl of electric mixer, beat butter, sugars, egg and vanilla at high speed until fluffy. Add flour and beat just until blended. Stir in nuts ,chocolate. Drop heaping tablespoonfuls of dough 2. Bake 1 sheet at a time, 15 minutes until edges of cookies are lightly browned and tops look dry. Cool on sheet on wire rack 5 minutes. Remove to rack to cool completely.

Champignons with herbs

1 pound champignons or other mushrooms
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup dry sherry
1 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon rosemary
Cook the thinly sliced mushrooms over high heat with the oilve oil for about 10 minutes. Add the thyme, rosemary and cook for about 10 more minutes. Reduce the heat and add the dry sherry. Return the heat to high and cook until the sherry has evaporated. Season with salt and pepper.

Favorite tune burgers

200 grams canned tuna
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
2 tbsp minced onion
1/3 cup mayonnaise
tsp lemon juice
a tbsp chili sauce
4 toasts
a tomato
a few lettuce leaves
Mix the canned tuna, bread crumbs, celery, and minced onion. Then mix the mayonnaise, chili sauce, and lemon juice. Add the mayonnaise mixture into the tuna mixture. Form 4 burger pies. Grill them for 4 - 5 minutes (until brown) and then turn them and grill for 2 -3 minutes. Serve on the toasts with lettuce leaves and tomato slices.
