I feel ridiculous admitting this, but I've never roasted a whole chicken! I'd definitely do that first.

I think you added the Ravens' score wrong. Shouldn't the total be 23? (Not that it really matters, my poor Baltimore didn't do so hot!)

Fun fact: I looked up the allergen info (boyfriend is allergic to dairy) and the "cheese wrap" isn't listed as containing milk. Rather suspicious...

Know any allergy-friendly restaurants in NYC?

My boyfriend and I are planning a visit to New York in July. I love trying new restaurants, but he has a bunch of food allergies that can make eating out difficult (milk, eggs, some types of meat, tree nuts, and some others). Can anyone suggest restaurants that are good at/friendly about dealing with allergies? DC restaurants aren't always the nicest and it can be frustrating to deal with.

Anywhere in midtown or downtown works. Nothing too crazy expensive (we're both poor grad students!). We're open to pretty much all cuisines, but especially love Mexican, Thai, and Middle Eastern.
