Oops, actually if I remember correctly the French Laundry episode happened on "A Cook's Tour", the original Food Network show. And as far as I know, no one has any plans to release DVDs on it, although sometimes there are reruns on Food Network. If you have a TiVo or DVR you should be able to create a search for it.

Hi Bosmer, I tried looking for that episode, but I couldn't find it, either, and it doesn't appear to be in their Season 1 DVD or on Amazon Unbox. I don't know what the deal is, but they would be selling a lot more of the DVDs if 1. they included all the episodes for that season, and 2. included some of the special features we are all used to! Commentary, outtakes, etc. My favorite episode, though, was the one where he went to Beirut.

I have been trying to locate the old episode where Bourdain, Eric Ripert, and somebody else, get a private meal from Thomas Keller at The French Laundry.

Anybody have a link or suggestion to that specific episode?
