The Rachael Ray Hot Dog Bracket: Our Search for the Best Hot Dog in the U.S.

Midwest is a distant second thanks to variety - butter burgers, White Castle and several excellent regional chains. Virginia deserves mention - White Spot in Charlottesville, Ray's Arlington, Pat's Roanoke and of course Five Guys spreading the word, now going nationwide.
