Did not expect some of these responses. I go to blogs, industry magazines, trade shows, etc. which I DO have access to looking for new ideas all the time to trying to stay current. I just thought maybe I'd try something new to get further ideas from the readers of blogs that I visit. Thank you to those of you that had serious, non-judgemental comments.
I work for a high end catering company and we are looking for ideas for a very large, upscale grand opening in September. This client & their guests need to be wowwed. We are located in the Mid-West, so we can sometimes be a little behind and what's new & trendy in food & beverage. So what's new??
