The other night I was on the Serious Eats this blog and someone wrote a fairly easy recipe for Creme Fraiche...My mouth watered OVER just reading it...I went out and bought the ingredients, and now I can't find the recipe...anyone got one?
I have been adding crushed (powdered) red pepper and instant coffee crystals with a dash of cinnamon....OMG :) then there's the crushed hazelnut and coconut topping...OH! and the chopped dark chocolate...what else?
...or rather...to slather them with...any ideas?

the last time I made homemade yogurt, I actually added pie filling to it right before I put it in the refrigerator...you know, kinda like the Dannon...fresh fruit on the bottom stuff..It turned out pretty good...got kinda watery when I tried adding jam to it, though...
