Homemade yogurt -- my second attempt

the last time I made homemade yogurt, I actually added pie filling to it right before I put it in the refrigerator...you know, kinda like the Dannon...fresh fruit on the bottom stuff..It turned out pretty good...got kinda watery when I tried adding jam to it, though...

Any ideas for EXCELLENT additions to brownies?

What would you ever think of Candied Ginger? AND/ or...How about SPICED pecans?...hmmmm

What to dip my french fries in...

Creme Fraiche Recipes Anyone?

The other night I was on the Serious Eats this blog and someone wrote a fairly easy recipe for Creme Fraiche...My mouth watered OVER just reading it...I went out and bought the ingredients, and now I can't find the recipe...anyone got one?
