Bacon Cinnamon Rolls

Glad this one peaked your interest folks. Nope, I did not pre-cook the bacon. I loved the texture and the bacon was cooked just right with little or no grease. I used Hormel's Black Label bacon and baked according to the directions on the rolls. If anyone makes them, we'd love to hear your impressions over at BaconToday.com!

I would suggest blanching the bacon in water to reduce some of the slippery fat issue as well as insuring the bacon will crisp

I ended up making these this weekend - they turned out great and were very popular! Pics at my flickr.

next time, though, I think I'd pre-cook the bacon a little - it wasn't quite crispy enough for my liking.
