NYC Bitters Lovers: The Meadow (Hudson & 10th) has the best variety of bitters in town. And Whisk in Williamsburg has a stellar selection.
As Gordon Ramsey would say: "It's RAW!!"
Paul: where can you buy the bitters travel kit in the States? I've only seen it available via international websites.
@Alison J Herzog, @SteamSoldier: Quick clarification on the B-Line. You can order concretes on the B-Line at Madison Square Park (no shakes or hot food). I was at the Times Square outpost last night and spoke with their line wrangler who said they would be setting up a B-Line there in the days to come.

@Farley Elliott: Re: "Where are the Hoffman Hot Dogs?" was my first question at the SE Hot Dog tasting. I'm confident they would win or place near the top in a regional taste test.
@Murray: Ah, the one-two culinary punch of Rudy's chased by Bev's. Great memories of four years of soft-serves over sunsets on Lake Ontario.
@Johns Notes: I think you mistook me for a woman. But thanks for the comment.
