Paul: where can you buy the bitters travel kit in the States? I've only seen it available via international websites.
@Alison J Herzog, @SteamSoldier: Quick clarification on the B-Line. You can order concretes on the B-Line at Madison Square Park (no shakes or hot food). I was at the Times Square outpost last night and spoke with their line wrangler who said they would be setting up a B-Line there in the days to come.
Despite the question of semantics regarding the finer points of New York state geography, it's great to see all the upstate/central New York culinary love in the comments!

@jennlevy: Nice Freihofer's name check! That tan box of cookies was a mainstay in our kitchen pantry growing up. Entenmann's chocolate chip cookies might look like they can pass for Freihofer's, but there's subtle differences.
Here's the listed ingredients from the carton: cream, liquid sugar (sugar, water), skim milk, sugar, cocoa (processed with alkali), cocoa, butter (cream, salt), coconut oil, chocolate liquor, guar gum, natural flavor, salt, corn starch, xanthan gum, carrageenan, egg yolks.
I'm a firm believer that Gosling's is the rum you should be pouring for an authentic Dark and Stormy but there's still room for a flourish or two. I think a lime wedge is called for, and sometimes I'll add a ginger-lime syrup and a dash of Angostura.
