I LOVE Wegmans so much that I actually put it on the list of places to take out-of-state visitors. Seriously. And I've taken several people there as a tourist attraction and no one's ever been disappointed - it's AMAZING!

Dinner Tonight: Chicken Do-Piaza
The name of the dish means "Two Onion Chicken", or literally "Chicken Two Onions." Do=Two & Piaza=Onions. Who knew my foreign language skills would come in handy. I also agree wholeheartedly with the recipe tweaks suggested above, except also add a coupla cloves! And Orange Juice?!?!Sheesh!

I hypothesize that applies aren't really food y'know, with the almost lack of nutrition & stuff. They're just packing peanuts for the stomach.
