My favorite burger is The French Connection at Burgers Fries and Cherry Pies in Midland, Texas. It uses a bearnaise sauce and makes cheese on your burger insignificant.

There was a major error in the Top 50 list. Coming in at #24 is a burger from Burgers, Fries and Cherry Pies. It is called the French Connection and is topped with bearnaise sauce. I never thought I would enjoy a burger without cheese, but WOW. It is absolutely delish.
