Please try my absolute favorite variation on cheesecake: Cream Cheese Pie.
1 box of Lorna Doones, crushed
1/2 stick butter, softened
1/2 lb cream cheese, softened
1 egg
4 tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 pt sour cream
3 tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Mix cookies and butter, crush around the edges of a pie dish to form crust.
Mix cream cheese, egg, sugar, and vanilla. Pour into crust.
Bake at 350 for 15 mins.
Mix sour cream, sugar, and vanilla and pour over the top of the baked pie.
Bake for 10 more mins.
Sometimes I eat Campbell's condensed Tomato Soup. But its so comforting.
Pretzels. But only the Tiny Twists. And, raisins. I usually eat them together.
