The best way to cook tilapia is ________

I like to make it with lemon and capers. Dust w.flour, sauté in oil .. remove, add garlic for a minute, deglaze with white wine, add lemon juice, capers, parsley and add fish back for the last minute or 2. Always good.

How far do you go on Passover?

I eat matzo year round. snap off a piece, fit some cheese to shape (I do soy), 11 seconds in the microwave ... poof! instant good snack.

I already ate all the macaroons and the jellied fruit things I bought, so I'll continue with my matzo snacks and maybe gefilte fish balls dipped in horseradish for a special treat.

I miss the old school big family seders but the memories linger.

Can't wait for all of your future fun questions JEP! Sorry your tilapia didn't turn out so well. I always considered it sort of a bland fish to begin with.

I love Henry's market in San Diego. It's close to my house, they have great deals on local fruits and veggies, and they have $3 bottles of wine. Awesome.

I usually shop at the new Super Walmart purely because they just opened a store a mile from where I work. My favorite supermarket is Trader Joe's, but I don't go but a few times a year since 45 minutes is too long to drive to get up there. I have a feeling that I would like Whole Foods a lot too if I ever go to one, but the nearest one of those is at least an hour away.

Vons is my favorite store. They usually have the things I need on sale and they still double coupons. The fruits and vegetables are high quality which you can't get in the discount stores. The meat is fresh and there is a nice assortment.

We recently moved to West Virginia, which has stunning natural beauty and the nicest people on the planet...but the grocery stores here are terrible. Locally, my only choice is an IGA. My favorite all-time grocery store was Wegman's, which I used to be able to visit when we lived in Virginia.

Here in Texas, I love HEB. They have a great wine, health food, bakery, deli and sushi section. I can get almost anything there and the people are awesome!
