Cook the Book: 'The Pioneer Woman Cooks'
I tend to consider the blog world as an onion with a gazillion layers. Unfaithful as I may be to a certain "congregation" of bloggers, I don't seem to pledge myself to any single group of blogs. I enjoy many and continually discover more. I've discovered some I like. Mainly American's who have chosen residence in Europe. My Kugelhopf and Cowgirl Chef are currently holding my fascination. It's more about what makes them tick and where they are going as much as it is about the food. Its the content for me. I am tempted by Pioneer Woman and all her success and have enjoyed reading her blog. So yea, wouldn't mind being among the winners of her latest baby.

I have some "real" pumpkins I am going to try this year. First time ever. So we will see if there really is any big difference. The recipe I use is loaded with spices and Cream, yep, real cream so I doubt the real pumpkin will shine through any more brilliantly than a can of Libby's real pumpkin. We will see. Unless, I decided to back off the variety of spices???? That is the question bumping around in my brain. Anyone have any great recipes using the real thing please send them to me at Amy@AmyRuthBakes.com. I love all the ideas shared. Thanks
