I cannot believe how unprepared some of these contestants are. Haven't they watched EVERY episode from the previous five competitions and DONE every single one of them? How can you be surprised by doing a "tag-team" demo? They did it in season 3! How can you be surprised by having to do a "make your dish and serve it to people at some event"? It's been done EVERY year! Haven't they practiced doing a 1-minute quick demo, or a 45-minute "use this ingredient"? Can't you articulate your culinary point of view in 5 seconds?
