Red Lentil and Potato Soup (red lentils, potatoes, kale, celery, carrots, onions, garlic, cilantro, allspice, cumin, cayenne, cloves, black pepper, olive oil and water) and sesame muffins (twice as much ground sesame seed as flour)--I make both in big batches, freeze in portion size, then nuke them as needed for a super-nutritious meal!
current faves are flourless chocolate cake & chocolate ginger cookies, both made by my daughter! but really there are so many things chocolate that I adore i don't have time to list them.
I made chocolate truffles for my family in honor of Valentine's Day. I used a recipe from Real Simple magazine and they were awesome!
