Guys, latelty I'm crazy about chicken popcorn. I have been search for many recipe and techniques in the internet. But until now I still didn't find one that really "clicks" into my taste buds. I had tried Kenji's recipe of Chick Fil'A, the chicken was really tender and juicy. But I got some problems here,
1. I still wasn't sure that the chicken will stay crisps for the next few hours?
2. How to store in the freezer? I found that the chicken will sticks to each other when we store it.
