For Easter, I thought it would be fun to do a dessert tasting for my small crowd of 4. I just don't want to be locked in the kitchen all day and exhausted for the main meal and entertaining!
Any suggestions for pretty make-ahead desserts or easy day-of preparations? Or tips for making it easier on myself in general? I was thinking to do 3 or 4 desserts, one of which will definitely be coconut macaroons (I've had a request for them).
