Homemade Panino Napolitano Recipe - Got one?

Does anyone have a recipe for a Panino Napolitano? On a recent trip to Sorrento, we found (and ate) them everywhere - B, L & D. As far as I can tell, they are like "pizza sandwiches" without the tomato-based sauce, filled with varied things (veggies, peperoni, cheese, etc), rolled jellyroll style, cut into 3-4 inch pieces and baked. I have scoured the Internet and have found several recipes and videos in Italian, but nothing in more obvious places. Before I whip out Google Translate, I thought I'd try this list! I totally winged the first batch using leftover pizza dough, but they could be better. Any thoughts?
