Thanks to a lucky day of spearfishing we now have a freezer full of wahoo. Anybody got any great recipes or ideas for cooking this ono fish? I live on a boat in Baja so ideally it shouldn't be too complicated, but I do have a stove, oven, BBQ and a pantry with a pretty good inventory of ingredients. Can also get most any fresh fruits and veg. Last year I did a lot of Mojo de Ajo and Pibil-style. Tonight will probably just grill with a simple baste of olive oil, locally harvested sea salt and pepper, but anyone got any other ideas? The easier the better!
