Baked Chicken Fingers vs. Fried -- Reheat/Serve Pros and Cons

I'm trying to get some opinions on baked chicken tenders versus fried chicken fingers tenders. Specifically, i'm trying to explore how viable making baked chicken fingers would be, over deep-frying them, when I have to pre-make a bunch because I have little time. I'd love to have the healthier option of baked tenders, but I want the little bastards to not gross out because the baked tenders have sat out too long, or that they're waiting too long for a proper oven re-heat.

Any thoughts and suggestions appreciated!
