I am huge tomato fan. I would like to make my own ketchups and salsas year round but the tomatoes I find in my grocery store taste horrible to me especially out of season. I am aware of canned tomatoes but it is well known that tomatoes from a tin can are high in BPA. Does anyone have any recommendations for me? I live in a small town in the Midwest but have the internet of course
